For those who have never seen an eagle up close, they are very large birds.  They weigh about 15# and have a wing-span of about 5-6 feet.  They are very interesting to watch.  Right now, it doesn't show the babies, but sometimes it shows them being fed.

No problem, Rick.  Lots of people around here are watching all the time.
I have a hunch I'll be watching quite a bit while I'm recouperating from my upcoming surgery.

Very cool, thanks for the post catman!  I get to see eagles and hawks fairly often in my part of Denver.  Though it's nice to get this kind of close up!
