"o" DID NOT GIVE ORDER TO KILL THE OTHER "O"

Leon Panetta, director of the CIA, revealed there was a 25 minute blackout during which the live feed from cameras mounted on the helmets of the US special forces was cut off.

A photograph released by the White House appeared to show President Barack Obama and his aides in the situation room watching the action as it unfolded. In fact they had little knowledge of what was happening in the compound.

In an interview with PBS, Mr Panetta said: "Once those teams went into the compound I can tell you that there was a time period of almost 20 or 25 minutes where we really didn't know just exactly what was going on. And there were some very tense moments as we were waiting for information.

"We had some observation of the approach there, but we did not have direct flow of information as to the actual conduct of the operation itself as they were going through the compound."

Mr Panetta also told the network that the US Navy Seals, rather than Mr Obama, made the final decision to kill bin Laden.

Right, Obama's order was to "capture" Bin Laden. They were told to shoot if there was any threat presented by Bin Laden or his people...

Let's see, a man who is known for orchestrating suicide bombings, fiercely committed to Jihad.

His mere presence is a "threat" to American soldiers. The seals knew that there was a possibility that he could blow up the entire compound with the push of a button.

In other words, the "threat" was well established before the mission. So, even if the order was to "capture," that was only a matter of semantics. Everyone knew, the mission was to kill Bin Laden.

But keep parsing words. Anything to discredit our commander-in-chief.

Just to remind everybody, this is from a story from 2007:

It was a 'kill order' operation pure and simple. The order came from the top...Obama. This is not like the last Presidency when Dick Cheney called the shots, as try as you want to make others believe it is.

'Ditto-heads'/Limbbaaaa fans can try all they want to claim (fill in blank-------) is 'running the show'.

The Easter bunny is real, Donald Trump has hair, Mitt Romney is not into heath-care for everyone?...any other myths?

'CK' is right, during his Presidential campaign Obama drew some fire from fellow Dems. when he said 'if we needed something in Pakistan...he would be bold enough to do that with-out permissions from them'.

I applaud what he did.
